m2fx FTTh is specifically designed for the “Last 100ft” of a fibre to the home network. Sitting within the “Last Mile” Last 40m is the final stage of the connection to the subscriber or customer.
Suitable for both P2P and PON networks m2fx FTTh is a solution suite of products that cater for every eventuality.
The following features have been designed into our FTTh products:
- Complete fibre protection, making routing quick and easy
- Fibre cables that do not require splicing as they are delivered to the installer already terminated
- Semi-armoured products that are flexible to route and anti kink and crush
- Ultra-low friction lined microduct allows speedy installations with minimum effort
- Water resistant Nodes or Closures that are pre-populated with terminated SC connections, reducing the need for splicing
We’ve made The Last 100ft so easy to connect the customer that we have also put a DIY kit together called Home Install Pack. This is designed so that network providers can supply a DIY install kit to customers who can then do the install themselves.
